The first step to design a nutrition plan according to your interests is a detailed anamnesis. In order to develop a personalized meal plan in alignment with your lifestyle, I need to get to know you better and gather detailed information about your eating and lifestyle habits. In this first meeting, which can be conducted over the phone or through an online video call, I will ask you a series of questions to create a personalized roadmap for you.

During the counseling process, after creating a nutrition plan tailored to your priorities, I will closely follow up to ensure the program integrates into your life and make adjustments when necessary. Sessions are conducted online via video call or by phone. The frequency of meetings is based on your needs. The nutrition counseling services I offer include:

    Nutrition science is closely related to other aspects of your life. Your sleep patterns, stress levels, and physical activity levels can unknowingly influence your eating habits. To achieve effective results during the counseling process, I will adopt a holistic approach. Based on the training I have received in healthy lifestyle coaching and sports sciences, I will not only focus on nutrition, but also address other aspects of your life, such as exercise, sleep, and stress management.
